I am an RN and a Health and Wellness Coach in recovery. I believe that wellness is a holistically balanced state of being comprised of many facets, including mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. My passion is helping people discover their personal strengths and motivators and using those to help support their recovery efforts.

I work collaboratively with clients to safely guide them on their path to wellness, capitalizing on their innate strengths to help them set and reach their goals to live a more balanced life. I believe that lasting recovery and wellness are interdependent; you simply cannot have one without the other.

Having an arsenal of recovery tools is invaluable. Being armed with information, helpful resources, tips, distractions, and suggestions can be extremely helpful in recovery. Focusing on developing healthy habits, self-care, mindfulness, and a support network or community are essential elements of recovery and an overall better way of life. Using Addicted2Wellness as a platform, I am going to provide you with material to help assist you in your endeavors in recovery and on your path to wellness.
